Seattle Seahawks Player Marshawn Lynch Personally Returns Marysville Fan's Wallet

Seattle Seahawks star athlete Marshawn Lynch not only brightened the day of fans at Marysville-Pilchuk High School on Tuesday, but also made one dad extremely happy with an unexpected good deed that undoubtedly left the beaming fan in awe of the player's kindness.

Earlier that day, Lynch and his teammates, including Luke Willson, Ricardo Lockette, and Bobby Wagner, attended a gathering at the said high school where a tragic incident claimed the lives of five victims last Oct. 24. 'Blitz', the team's mascot was also in attendance. Lynch and Lockette later headed to a gas station where they were spotted by Seahawks fan Jason Lynch.

Upon seeing his "favorite player in the world", Jason shared that he might have dropped his wallet in the store. His first thought when presented the chance to finally meet his sports hero was to ask for a photograph with him. However, Jason decided against it as he did not want to be a bother. He then went on to fetch his son. Little did he know that his day was about to take an unexpected turn as the person who picked up his fallen wallet had been no other than the Seahawks star himself.

Lynch and Lockette then embarked on finding Jason's home to return the lost item.

"It was all Marshawn's idea," Lockette added. "We were really pleased about doing it," Lynch's teammate added.

The ecstatic fan shared his exhilarating experience in the following Facebook post:

"Crazy! So I'm at the Shell station in Marysville [Wash.]. I'm getting in my car when I see a giant Mercedez [sic] van pull up playing music super loud. Marshawn Lynch jumps out and walks into the store. I thought [about] asking for a picture but was in my work clothes and decided not to bother him. I leave to go pick up Junior...what I didn't know was that I dropped my wallet. When I got home about 10 minutes later my neighbor knocks on the door. She told [sic] I would never guess who brought this to her...I had no clue, but when she said Marshawn Lynch I was shocked! I guess I was so distracted by the van pulling up I dropped my wallet. My neighbor said Marshawn, Ricardo Lockette and a cameraman were headed to Marysville Pilchuck and decided to bring it to me on the way there...I can't thank them guys enough for bringing it back and for making my neighbor a very happy lady for getting a chance to meet them."

Despite the immense effect of this act had on Jason, the Seahawks player felt that what he did was "not a big deal".

"If your wallet dropped, I'd pick it up for you, too," he commented.
