Paul Walker's Orange Toyota Supra in First 'Fast & Furious' Film to be Auctioned Next Month

After releasing seven movies, the "Fast and Furious' film franchise has used up a number of cars, although fans may strongly remember the originals, such as those featured in the last scene of the first movie.

With the ending of "The Fast and the Furious', Dom (Vin Diesel) and Brian (Paul Walker) set out to race a train with Dom driving his father's car and Brian using a 1993 Toyota Supra.

Now, Brian's bright orange Supra is being auctioned off on May 12 by Mecum Auctions in Indianapolis, as reported by Yahoo! Autos.

The 5-speed manual car created specifically for "The Fast and the Furious' is expected to range from $150,000 to $200,000.

The seventh film in the "Fast and Furious" series, "Furious 7," opened in theaters earlier this month, marking the last screen appearance of the actor, who passed away in November 2013 due to a fatal car crash. At the time of his death, only half of the seventh installment was filmed.

"Furious 7" has already soared to the top of the box office charts since its release last April 3. The film already raked in over $1 billion at the international box office only 17 days after its official debut.

The seventh installment in the film franchise has also become the fastest movie in history to reach the $1 billion mark. Other blockbusters such as "Avatar', "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2' and "The Avengers', crossed the billion dollar milestone after 19 days since their release.

Interestingly, with a total of $1.153 billion at the box office as of last weekend, Walker's final movie has become the seventh biggest film of all time so far.

The actor's daughter, Meadow, recently shared a childhood photo of her smiling with her late father on Instagram, clearly showing the family's happier times.

Although the 16-year-old did not caption the photo, it eventually garnered more than 56,000 likes from Walker's fans who have offered their support to his daughter after his shocking death two years ago.

Meadow has shared a lot of old photos of herself and her father together, but the most recent post coincided with the noteworthy news that her father's final film has already smashed records at the box office.
