"I Think It's Great": Victoria Beckham Speaks Up on Son Brooklyn's Job at Local Coffee Shop

During her latest appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show', Victoria Beckham shared her sentiments on being married to soccer star husband David Beckham and being a mother to four children.

While the family has had their fair share of fame and fortune, the power couple has worked on maintaining balance in their clan and keeping every member as grounded as they can.

"We work a lot, but the kids are everything to us. We're very, very present," the former Spice Girls member said during her appearance on the TV show.

For the English businesswoman and her husband, keeping up with their four children"”sons Brooklyn Joseph, 16, Romeo James, 12 and Cruz David, 10 as well as daughter Harper Seven, 3½- means instilling the necessary values and beliefs.

Victoria also opened up about eldest son Brooklyn and his other job aside from becoming a teen model. While the 16-year-old is kept busy by his one million followers on Instagram, he also spends some of his time working at a local coffee shop.

"He's worked in the local café cleaning up dishes for the last two years, which I think is great," Victoria shared. "It's important that the kids have a good work ethic and try to help other people as well."

The fashion designer's statements on "Ellen' may have confirmed the rumors that Brooklyn underwent training as a barista at a café in London last year; the teenager has been reportedly earning minimum wage despite his parents' accumulated wealth of approximately $350 million.

Aside from work ethics, Victoria also shared nothing but positive words about her children, particularly in getting along well with each other.

"All our kids are amazing "” they're really good kids. They work hard at school. They're happy, they're funny," she said.

Meanwhile, fellow Spice Girls member Geri Halliwell has begun counting down the days to her highly anticipated wedding ceremony with Formula One fiancé Christian Horner. However, the 42-year-old Ginger Spice will reportedly tie the knot without the presence of Victoria and Mel C due to their work commitments.

"Geri hoped to get the girls together as they've been a huge part of her life but Victoria has work ¬commitments out of the country and Mel C has already agreed to a TV role on Asia's Got Talent, which is going to clash,' a source told The Mirror.

Meanwhile, Mel B has confirmed her attendance at the upcoming nuptials, which will be carried out in London next month, and will be travelling from Los Angeles. Emma Bunton aka Baby Spice is also expected to be one of the guests at the wedding ceremony.
