After unveiling several character posters along with an official trailer earlier this month, Paramount Pictures has released the international trailer, titled "Payoff' for the upcoming "Mission: Impossible- Rogue Nation.'
This 2015, Tom Cruise reprises his role as agent Ethan Hunt who works for the Impossible Mission Force, collaborating with his "Jack Reacher' director and writer as well as "Edge of Tomorrow' co-writer Christopher McQuarrie.
"Rogue Nation', which is the fifth installment in the spy action film franchise, sheds light on the "The Syndicate,' which is a highly secretive criminal organization that is committed to putting the IMF out of business and interfere with their efforts of protecting international security.
The upcoming movie shows Ethan and the rest of his colleagues being forced to go rogue as the IMF is attacked by the CIA while Alec Baldwin's character, who believes that The Syndicate is not real, is now considering Ethan and the rest of his team as the main problem in strengthening relationships across countries.
The movie was initially set to be unveiled in December, but has been scheduled for an official release in the last weekend of July, which is the same weekend in which Marvel's "Guardians of the Galaxy' made its debut last year.
Cruise and the rest of the cast are expected to return to cinemas at an earlier date this year as the fifth "Mission: Impossible' installment is scheduled for a release on July 31, 2015.
Helmed by McQuarrie, "Mission: Impossible Rogue Nation' will also include the return of other actors who have reprised their roles, including Ving Rhames as Luther Stickell, Simon Pegg as Benji Dunn, and Jeremy Renner as William Brandt.
New cast members have also been confirmed for "Mission: Impossible 5'; these include Alec Baldwin who will take on the role of the CIA chief and Chinese actress Zhang Jingchu who has signed on for a major role in the movie.
"The Borgias' actor Sean Harris had also been confirmed to play the role of the film's main villain.
Now, with an earlier release date, "Mission: Impossible Rogue Nation' will also be able to make some distance from "Spectre', the James Bond sequel from MGM and Sony Pictures that will make its way to cinemas on Nov. 6.
With the fifth "Mission: Impossible' to be released this summer, it will rival Dreamworks' sports drama movie "Southpaw' starring Jake Gyllenhaal, Rachel McAdams and Forest Whitaker.
