Adele disappeared from the music scene for quite a while after her successful jaunt with "21," and now the British singer is back and her vocal chops are stronger than ever with a new hit single "Hello" off her latest album called "25."

During her latest interview with PEOPLE, the singer opened up about her experiences with motherhood, songwriting, and how a Taylor Swift song inspired her to create a break-up song of her own.

Adele shared that she was having lunch with OneRepublic's Ryan Tedder when Swift's "I Knew You Were Trouble" began playing. "I was like, 'I love this song, who did this?'" Adele said.

She soon got in touch with Max Martin, who helped Swift with several of her songs such as "Blank Space" and "Shake It Off" from her album "1989." Together, Martin and Adele made a new song called "Send My Love To Your New Lover."

"I love it, it's (expletive) sick. Straight away, a million people in my life will be like, 'Oh (expletive), what have I done...'" the singer teased about the new song and collaboration.

Now that she has gotten the ball running for "25," Adele is pretty excited to go back on tour, and maybe even give acting a whirl.

"I'd like to tour properly," she said. "I'd like to see Britney in Vegas. Dunno about more kids. Maybe... I'll go into acting."

She got a taste of acting in her music video for "Hello," which was directed by Xavier Dolan. He was actually quite impressed by Adele's acting skills, and Adele cannot help but admit how enjoyable the whole experience was.

"I had to cry and everything. You know what, I feel like a bit of a (expletive) after saying for all these years I'd never act, because I really enjoyed it," she said.

Adele then discussed about her personal life, saying that after giving birth to her son Angelo James Konecki back in October 2012, her priorities and perspective in life changed.

"Becoming a parent and moving past my mid-twenties, I simply don't have the capacity to worry about as many things that I used to really enjoy worrying about," Adele said. "Oh yeah, I used to love the drama of all of it, but now I'm a mum I only have so much head space. I've got to clear a lot of stuff the (expletive) out, which is really therapeutic, 'cause I can really hold a grudge. Life is so much easier when you don't hoard your past."
