While Chris Hemsworth is widely known for taking on the role of Thor, the actor admitted that he is in need of superhero skills when he is running around and taking care of his three children.

"It feels like I have six," he shared to Australia's Daily Life. "They're non-stop, active kids. The biggest thing I've learned by having kids is that now I know what love is. I know what frustration is. I know the full gamut of emotions, good and bad."

Hemsworth and his wife have to juggle their acting careers as their hands are kept full with their kids- 3-year-old India Rose and 19-month-old twin sons Tristan and Sasha.

"Each time you add one, it feels like three more," the 32-year-old actor joked.

The Melbourne native also explained why he chose to keep his active family out of the spotlight, as he decided to dwell in a residence by the beach in Byron Bay, Australia as opposed to staying in Los Angeles.

"If you are living in Hollywood, people have traveled from around the world to see people in the entertainment business and they've got the cameras ready and a bigger deal is made of it," Hemsworth said. "Here, we have a very normal existence, people are very respectful, and that was why we chose to come here."

In addition, the actor shared positive words about his two popular brothers- Liam and Luke.

"They are the best support I have, and hopefully vice versa," he said.

Liam's latest major onscreen appearance is in "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay- Part 2,' in which he stars with Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson and Woody Harrelson, among others.

Meanwhile, Hemsworth has just found out that he no longer holds the title of Sexiest Man Alive, which was given to him by People Magazine last year.

This year, former professional footballer and model David Beckham has been given the honor and Hemsworth is taking to social media to speak up about his feelings over such loss and somehow joke about the title.

Earlier this year, he said that he and Elsa deemed the award as amusing.

"She thinks it's as funny as I did!" Hemsworth said in an interview with the Mirror. "We had a good laugh about it. It's ridiculous but I'll take it while I can because this may be my peak. I might start to decline and fall apart now. The grey hairs are starting to show already."

The father-of-three is expected to appear next in Ron Howard's action movie, "In the Heart of the Sea,' which is set to premiere on Dec. 11.
