Seattle specially has many schools. Including UW there are several community colleges here and there. Olympia till North Seattle if you are Korean American student here then probably might have seen this person on campus somewhere. DFC Pastor Duman Suh is the person.

He lives with a debt in one side of his heart. It is the debt of love he owes to Christ. Through CCC during college freshman met Christ and came to know the love of God. Then afterwards he lived with a holy pressure of thinking that he must spread this. Therefore everywhere he went he had evangelism notebook speaking about Christ. During his college years at campus, as a professor at campus, as a soldier in the army, and after graduating from school he became a campus missionary.

¡°While in counseling with my professor who was a sincere Christian, he asked me ¡®Is there a vow that you have made with the Lord¡¯ then he said ¡®If you do then you must first keep what you vowed. And that was when I decided to become a campus ministry worker.¡±

Best fishery to Pastor Suh is ¡®university.¡¯ Even among that America University is the foundation of world mission. Since the world wide preparatory leaders that will influence the professional field are all gathered. Even though there was no one who encouraged him this vision led him to Seattle.

¡°A person that worked together with me said ¡®We need student mission at Seattle¡¯ and I came here. I didn¡¯t know anyone or have anything or anyone to lean on. I just came looking at God. It looked like I was asking for trouble.¡±

I could only think of ¡®recklessness.¡¯ But faith is the only power to overcome reasoning. His faith created an existence from nothing and now even raises a church.

¡°When I first came in 1999 as a student to study language I began by studying 40 hours and evangelizing 40 hours. With nothing I brought international students to feed them, teach them bible study and with everyone I met I asked them to do bible study. There is over 1,000 individual till now who has accepted Jesus and study bible till now.¡±

All the disciples who have been devoted in mission fellowship were sent all back to local community church. They are securely supporting the Korean American church. Without name or light have been only serving. So in fact there is not many congregants at his church.

Pastor Suh pioneered ¡®Discipleship church¡¯ 3 years ago with the goal to raise strong disciples though church and evangelize students through DFC campus fellowship. Began with the heart wishing to bring a true revival through healthy disciples to raise disciples of Christ and spread the gospel to unbelievers anywhere.

¡°During the weekday through discipleship training and weekend through church wish to dispatch professional missionaries. Wish to become a new model that is harmonious with mission fellowship and church ministry.¡±
