¡ãHispanic children participating in face painting
Washington D.C. International Calvary Church preached the gospel to local Hispanics through spring festival held on May 3. With various booth of food, music, sports and game the spring festival resembled an amusement park. However all facilities was only allowed for those who received a ¡®ticket¡¯ after listening to the gospel in evangelism tent. The evangelism tent preached the gospel through various methods for children to understand more easily.
Before the event pastor George Torres Jr. who is in charge of Hispanic ministry in the church invited the neighborhood introducing the event.
The Spanish service of International Calvary Church began in September of last year with 3 families and now currently there are 40 congregants attending Sunday service.
