Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Khloe Kardashian has been beside herself since earlier this month following the news that estranged husband Lamar Odom was found unconscious in a brothel room in Nevada. While the ex Los Angeles Lakers basketball player and the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star have been separated for years now, the two remain married in the eyes of the law as the judge has yet to sign their divorce papers. When news broke that Lamar Odom practically overdosed himsef to death in the rented Las Vegas room, Khloe Kardashian did not think twice to rush to his side. At the moment, sources claim that Lamar Odom is showing positive signs of recovery.
"The past week has been so incredibly difficult," admitted Khloe Kardashian in a post in the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star's website, Khloe, referring to the ordeal the entire family has been dealing with ever since Lamar Odom's drug and alcohol abuse issues got the better of him and caused him to be confined in a hospital. Khloe Kardashian added, "I am so thankful to family, friends and fans, who have sent nothing but prayers and well wishes to Lamar."
She added, "I also want to take a moment to thank everyone at Sunrise Hospital, including the amazing doctors and nurses for their kindness and diligent work," she continued. "Under their amazing care, incredible strides have been made." The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star went on to share, "You can never be prepared for an experience like this," Khloe commented on the horrific ordeal. "But without the outpouring of love and endless prayers that Lamar has received and the strength I was given from my loved ones, it would have been difficult to endure. Thank you for your continued support. God is great!! XOXO, Khloe."
Lamar Odom was found knocked out in a room at the Love Ranch Brother in Las Vegas, Nevada last week. According to reports, the former Los Angeles Lakers star had been binging on alcohol and drugs throughout his stay at the brothel. Some sources claim that scantily clad women, presumed to be prostitutes, were in the same room as Lamar Odom during his week of nonstop partying. The aftermath of these activities caused the Los Angeles Lakers star to suffer a four-day coma. People Magazine reports that Lamar Odom is now awake, but still unable to walk. As for Khloe Kardashian, sources disclosed that the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star reportedly placed her relationship with Houston Rockets star James Harden on hold to tend to Lamar Odom at this time of need.
