Kristen Bell Has Not Let Her Kids Seen Frozen, Here's Why

It seems like the whole world has caught on the Frozen mania, with every kid singing the movie's hit song "Let It Go," which was originally sung by Idina Menzel. But apparently, actress Kristen Bell who voiced Princess Anna in the movie has not even let her own kid watch the film/

She told Us Weekly that she and husband Dax Shepard have refused to let their two-year-old daughter Lincoln get on the Frozen bandwagon just yet because she is not old enough.

"She's never seen Frozen!" Bell said. "She is not my biggest fan. She just doesn't know what I do for a living! She couldn't care less. It is extremely humbling to come home to someone who couldn't care less about what you do!"

The actress explained that the American Psychiatric Association has advised parents not to let their kids watch television until they are two and a half, and she and her husband has been trying very hard to follow that, even though it is not realistic for all parents.

"I understand, we're shooting for the moon. It's also for their imagination, just so they don't become sedentary and used to zoning out to videos. But she's certainly seen videos, she loves the hell out of Snoopy! But we're trying. She certainly hasn't seen anything Froezen.

Bell actually plans to let her daughters watch Frozen at the same time because of the strong sisterly love content, and it teaches sisters to always look out for one another.

But Lincoln will have to wait for quite some time before she gets mesmerized with the Frozen movie and sing "Let It Go," since her younger sister Delta was just born last December.

"It's funny, I'm more excited as an audience member because of the sister themes," she gushed. "Because one day when I show it to both my girls together, it will have significance to them and their dynamic. I'm really excited about that because I think it really says something really special about sisters."

Frozen is considered as Disney's highest grossing film of all time. It was such a success that there has already been a five-year plan to extend the brand. There will be a short film Frozen Fever which will be shown right before the live action movie Cinderella on March 13. And while the sequel is not yet in the works, it is definitely happening in the future.
