LG G4 Trial Program Launched in United States

LG is giving a select few a chance to try its latest flagship smartphone, the G4, in the United States.

The company's LG G4 trial program is probably the first in the US smartphone market. It will give chosen customers a hands-on experience with the new smartphone, before it even becomes available in US stores this coming June.

"The all-new G4 is coming, but before the big release day, LG is giving a small group of VIPs exclusive access to the device through the LG G4 Trial Program. Best of all, you could be one of them," LG posted on its official website.

"If you're selected, you'll receive a FREE brand-new G4 and a unique social media challenge to help you explore and show off the device's full capability."

Those who would like to try their luck on the free trial can pre-register on the LG G4 trial program via the dedicated site. After pre-registration, customers will be receiving notifications via email.

"We are living up to our promise of innovation for a better life with a fashionable premium smartphone that is more focused on delivering a balanced user experience that can compete with the best of the best," LG MobileComm president and CEO Juno Cho said.

The company has recently revealed its new flagship phone, which received mixed reactions from those who have been waiting for its arrival. Unlike its competitors' shiny metal ensemble, customers can choose from different finishes: Metal Craft, Ceramic Craft, and the hugely popular Leather Craft. LG proudly describes the designs' aesthetic features as, "a throwback to the future."

The cameras are also well-thought at f/1.8 lens, color spectrum sensor, and 16 MP rear and 8 MP front facing cameras. LG boasts that the G4's camera is capable of taking photos like that of a DSLR.

Apart from the LG G4 Trial Program, the company also has other ongoing promotions such as the AT&T LG G3 promo. Customers who purchase an AT&T LG G3 from Amazon also get a free $100 gift card for a limited time, which they can use on a future purchase.
