If people were to follow the "Harry Potter" books closely, then September 1, 2015 would be the day that Harry Potter's own son James S. Potter would step foot in Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and begin his own journey as a wizard-in-training.

Famed "Harry Potter" earmarked this special day by making a request on her Twitter account: "I'm in Edinburgh, so could somebody at King's Cross wish James S Potter good luck for me? He's starting at Hogwarts today."

A fan tweeted back, "I'm on the train now and he says hi."

Rowling replied, "Thanks! Say 'hi' back, but only if it won't interrupt any burgeoning friendships."

After receiving several more tweets of fans saying hi to the boy wizard, Rowling jokingly expressed concern, "Now worried that he'll be irritated by the number of people saying hi."

Next thought that came to people's minds was which house James would be sorted into, and Rowling provided the answer to that soon enough.

"Have just heard that James S. Potter has been Sorted (to nobody's surprise) into Gryffindor. Teddy Lupin (Head Boy, Hufflepuff) disappointed," she tweeted.

Both James Sirius' parents, Harry and Ginny were from Gryffindor, and so were their own parents - Arthur and Molly Weasley and James and Lily Potter.

James Sirius was named after Harry's own father and godfather Sirius Black, who was killed by his cousin Bellatrix Lestrange in the book "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix." His younger brother, Albus Severus was named after two Hogwarts headmasters - Albus Dumbledore and Severus Snape.

During the end of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows," Albus Severus was insisting that he will not be sorted into Slytherin, after James Sirius teased him that he might not get into Gryffindor.

But for Harry, it was no great sin to be sorted into Slytherin. "Albus Severus, you were named for two headmasters of Hogwarts. One of them was a Slytherin and he was probably the bravest man I ever knew," he lovingly told his son.

Harry's relationship with Severus Snape has not always been the best. Because he looked so much like his father, Snape disliked Harry from the get-go, although he loved his mother Lily very much. Turns out, Lily and Snape were friends prior to being admitted in Hogwarts, but because of Snape's interest in the Dark Arts, they drifted ways and Lily married James. When Voldemort killed Lily, Snape agreed to work with Dumbledore to somehow avenge her death, and before he died, the last thing Snape saw was Harry's eyes - which many have told him looked so much like his mother's.
