It was the first Sunday after Glory Church of Jesus Christ's TEAM (Korean 20s ministry) returned from their annual winter retreat. There was a great deal of excitement among the attendees walking into the Hope Center GPM sanctuary, not only because they are about to have a free Korean Barbeque dinner, but also to be reunited with their small groups they got to spend time with during the trip and other friends to share blessings with each other.
One of the biggest accomplishments of this retreat is that many newcomers had become more plugged into the church. A new sister, Jusin Kim was seen more active in small group time and also talking to more diverse people in the members. Everyone was eager to have dinner together and continue to share stories and memories from the retreat.
