Nike Release Dates 2015: Kobe 10 ‘Pain’ Out, KD 8 ‘V-8’ & Flyknit Racer ‘Sherbet’ Coming [Price & Where To Buy]

Kobe Bryant

The new colorway of Kobe 10, the 10th signature shoe of Los Angeles Lakers superstar Kobe Bryant, is now available on the sneaker market.

The Kobe 10, which has been making a lot of noise over the past several weeks, came out on Thursday in Tumbled Grey/Night Silver/White/Black colorway, which is dubbed as the "Pain" edition of this signature sneaker.

The Kobe 10 "Pain" features a grey-based with 3M reflective upper part along with unique graphic design. It also has grey laces, tongue and Nike Swoosh logo, and was finished off with a translucent outsole.

According to Nike, this shoe was inspired by a game in Bryant's career, where he made huge impact in a match despite playing with a broken nose. The Lakers superstar is known for playing through pain for his entire career.

"The masked mamba's first game came Kobe's senior year after he broke his nose diving for a ball," Nike wrote. "The next night, after going 4-for-14 wearing a mask, Kobe threw it in the trash at halftime and went off. Through the pain, he finished with 39 points in an overtime win that would take his team to state."

The Kobe 10 "Pain" is now available for $180 per pair in select stores worldwide. Official photos of this sneaker are available on this link from Nike.com.

Meanwhile, Nike is scheduled to release the second colorway of the KD 8 -- the eighth signature sneaker of Oklahoma City Thunder superstar Kevin Durant. The KD 8 will arrive at retailers on Saturday in Bright Crimson/Black-White colorway, which is dubbed as the V-8 edition.

It has a crimson-based upper part with black touches combined with a black KD logo on the tongue and white Nike Swoosh near the heel area. According to Nike, this edition was inspired by Durant's Camaro, which has been a symbol of his hard work since he entered the big league.

The KD 8 was specially made to meet Durant's need on the hard court after struggling with foot issues last season. This is the first Nike signature shoe to feature a Flyweave upper and an articulated full-length Zoom Air unit.

The KD 8 "V-8" will be available for $180 per pair on Nike.com and select retailers worldwide. Official photos and more information about this shoe are available on this link.

Before the KD 8 "V-8" hits the market, Nike also announced that they will release the Flyknit Racer on Friday in Bright Citrus/Blue Lagoon/Laser Orange/Black colorway, which is named as the "Sherbet" edition.

The Nike Flyknit Racer "Sherbet" edition will be available for $150 per pair. Photos and more details about this popular running shoe model are available here.
