While looking forward to the upcoming "Jurassic World' press tour, actor Chris Pratt has already written a hilarious apology in advance for what he might actually say in future interviews.

Last May 22, the "Guardians of the Galaxy' star kept it honest and wrote about possibly saying "dumb" things during the press tour, calling his might-be blunders as "JurassicGate."

"I want to make a heartfelt apology for whatever it is I end up accidentally saying during the forthcoming ?#"ŽJurassicWorld? press tour," the 35-year-old actor said. "I hope you understand it was never my intention to offend anyone and I am truly sorry. I swear. I'm the nicest guy in the world."

Pratt also wrote that, in case he says something offensive, this could be attributed to being tired and exhausted during the tour.

This message from Anna Faris' husband comes on the heels of the issue brought on by certain "Avengers: Age of Ultron' actors, who were criticized for their "offensive" comments.

During a press junket in April, Chris Evans and Jeremy Renner issued an apology after making sexist comments about Scarlett Johansson's character Black Widow.

As for the upcoming dinosaur sequel, Pratt stars alongside Bryce Dallas Howard ("Spider-Man 3'), Judy Greer ("Arrested Development'), Omar Sy ("X-Men: Days of Future Past') and Ty Simpkins ("Insidious').

Steven Spielberg, who directed the first two films in the franchise, has signed on to "Jurassic World' as executive producer. Colin Trevorrow has taken on the directorial duties director's chair while writing the script together with Rick Jaffa, Amanda Silver and Rick Connolly.

Last year, Trevorrow revealed some clues about possible "Jurassic World' sequels, saying: "We wanted to create something that would be a little bit less arbitrary and episodic, and something that could potentially arc into a series that would feel like a complete story."

"Jurassic World' is set to hit theaters on June 12; its latest trailer can be viewed below.

Moving on from the dino sequel to a Marvel superhero installment, Pratt is also expected to reprise his role, Peter Quill aka Starlord, in "Guardians of the Galaxy 2.'

Director James Gunn already teased about having new characters in the sequel, including a new Guardian and possibly several female roles.

"Listen, I'm still excited about Star-Lord's character and where he goes," Gunn shared. "At its heart, Guardians is a story about families, and if the first film was about him and his mother, this is a story about fathers. So it's exciting to go there."

"Guardians of the Galaxy 2' starring Pratt has already been scheduled for a release on May 5, 2017.
