British actor Henry Cavill will once again be reprising his role as Earth's mightiest superhero Superman in the film "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice."

Given the title and the trailers provided of the highly anticipated movie, everybody knows that Superman will bump heads with Batman (this time played by Ben Affleck). A lot of moviegoers are already gearing up for an epic fight scene between the two superheroes, but Cavill is telling everyone not to get too excited, because Superman is not one who is itching for a fight.

"Superman wouldn't get into a cage fight with just anyone," he told WWD. "Imagine, you wouldn't get into a fight with someone if they hit you and you didn't feel it, barely registered it. Superman wouldn't even notice; he's not quick to engage."

The official movie synopsis actually reads: "Fearing the actions of a god-like Super Hero left unchecked, Gotham City's own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis's most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it's ever known before."

There is no clear description of how Batman and Superman's "war with one another" will really be like, but there is a huge chance that they might make up in time to destroy that "new threat." Will it be Lex Luthor, played by "The Social Network" star Jesse Eisenberg?

Cavill also revealed in an earlier interview with Empire Online that "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" is a "separate entity" from the previous Superman or Batman films.

"I wouldn't call this a Superman sequel. This is Batman versus Superman, so it's a separate entity altogether," he explained. "It is expanding upon the universe that was kicked off by 'Man of Steel.' But, as it stands, it's definitely an introduction of the Batman character and, ultimately, the introduction of the Justice League films. So yeah, watch the space. See how it turns out," he said.

The film is directed by Zack while the script is written by Chris Terrio and David S. Goyer. Charles Roven and Deborah Snyder are the producers.

Aside from Cavill and Affleck, other cast members include Amy Adams, Jesse Eisenberg, Diane Lane, Laurence Fishburne, Jeremy Irons, Holly Hunter, Jason Momoa and Gal Gadot.

"Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice" opens March 25, 2016.
