Justin Bieber has not been in the spotlight for quite some time and it looks like the Canadian pop star is back with a bang. Teasing his fans and followers in social media, the highly controversial singer posted clips alluding to the music video of his newest single, "Where Are U Now," in Instagram, according to Hollywood Life.
One of the Instagram posts showed off Bieber's dancing skills, while the other revealed a clip of him singing. Unsurprisingly, both Instagram posts gained thousands of comments and reposts. "Where Are U Now" is Bieber's latest single and was made in collaboration with Skrillex and Diplo.

Despite the lack of music video at the moment, the song made it to the Top 15 of Billboard Hot 100 - a feat Bieber has not replicated since 2013, according to Headline Planet. Meanwhile, this achievement is a first for Skrillex and Duplo as well. At the moment, "Where Are U Now" is at No. 12 under Billboard's Digital Songs and Streaming Songs categories as well as No. 21 on Radio Songs.

According to The Inquistr, the song's release also catapulted Bieber to the top spot based on Billboard's Social 50 - another achievement he has not accomplished since 2014. Social 50 is based on the information gathered by Next Big Sound's music analytics. The artists are listed according to their social media activities which include their popularity across platforms such as Facebook, Vine, Twitter, Wikipedia, Instagram, SoundCloud, Tumblr and YouTube. Bieber's rise to the top of the said list was confirmed via social media as well, with Billboard announcing it on Twitter.
As for Bieber's single, "Where Are U Now," many fans and followers of the singer believe that he is talking about none other than former flame Selena Gomez in the song. In fact, even Sports Illustrated model and actress Brooklyn Decker speculated on the inspiration behind the hit single as she points out that the lyrics seem to be alluding to pain and sorrow over a lost love, according to Gossip Cop.
She said, "I'm really into the new Bieber song. You should probably unfollow me now." Decker then added, "Like, is it about Selena? Because it's really sad. But also mean? It gives me major feelings. Where is she now that he needs her, you know?"
