Thanks to the release of Hasbro's new Comic-Con exclusive Stormtrooper toy, more details have been revealed about these Imperial soldiers in the upcoming "Star Wars: The Force Awakens.'

Yahoo Movies shared a photo of the First Order Stormtrooper action figure, which is accompanied by a special booklet that provides information on how this new generation of fighters was created.

Most of the details explain how the Stormtrooper was initially a galactic guardian and peacekeeper until the Emperor excessively gained power and control.

However, following the villain's fall, The First Order came to power and brought in a "new era of ruthless brutality." As such, the First Order Stormtrooper have become the harsh enforcers of such rule.

As for the upcoming film, it is expected that the First Order will obtain majority of their principals and imagery from the Galactic Emperor, as suggested by the new variations in the designs for the TIE Fighter, Death Star and Stormtrooper.

In addition, Star Wars Celebration featured multiple costumes from "The Force Awakens,' including an assortment of Stormtrooper armor. Aside from the traditional First Order Stormtrooper, costumers ranged from Flametroopers to Snowtroopers, Heavy Troopers to Shield Troopers and many more.

The one trooper who is known to be in control of all of them is Captain Phasma. Played by "Game of Thrones' actress Gwendoline Christie aka Brienne of Tarth, this leader wears a cape as well as gleaming chrome armor. Speculations suggest that her top priority is to track down Finn, an AWOL Stormtrooper.

John Boyega takes on the role of Finn in "The Force Awakens,' which makes him one of many new actors joining the cast of the upcoming "Star Wars' film.

Completing the main trio are Daisy Ridley as Rey, a hunter on the desert planet Jakku; and Oscar Isaac as Poe Dameron, an X-Wing pilot who was sent on a mission by "a certain princess."

Adam Driver has also signed on to the upcoming installment as the new Sith knight named Kylo Ren while Lupita Nyong'o will make an appearance as the CG space pirate Maz Kanata. Andy Serkis is also set to portray Supreme Leader Snoke.

Furthermore, Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker), Carrie Fisher (Princess Leia) and Harrison Ford (Han Solo) will all return to reprise their roles from the original trilogy.

"Star Wars: The Force Awakens' has been scheduled for an official release on Dec. 18, 2015.
