Jimmy Fallon had it again. As he was struggling to get open a tube of scar tissue repair gel, he ended up clipping his front tooth.

The Tonight Show comedian host wrote on his Instagram account: "#BestSummerEver," and posted a picture of himself sitting in dentist office with a caption, "Chipped front tooth trying to open tube of scar tissue repair gel for recovering finger injury."

About two months back, he was in news for almost ripping off his finger upon tripping over a braided rug. As he grabbed on to the counter to avoid a fall, his ring finger stuck in the edge, almost slicing it off the socket.

The injury led him to cancel a Friday night news show, and he had to undergo a comparatively minor hand surgery that lasted six hours, in which doctors had to remove a vein from his foot and implanted it into his finger to save it. After that he is reported to have spent 10 days in ICU.

Back then, he said after coming back to his show: "So basically what happened is, I tripped and fell in my kitchen on a braided rug that my wife loves and I can't wait to burn it to the ground.. I tripped and I caught my fall... I'm getting up and my finger is sideways."

He still wears a bandage around his finger and is expected to do so for weeks.

Now, to treat his finger, he almost lost his teeth. It seems a little bit lot has been going on for him.

However, this time the clipping of tooth won't affect the production of his show.

In spite of these incidences, Fallon has good things happening to him as well. Recently he signed a six-year contract with The Tonight Show to lead the program, having hosted some very popular guests such as Heidi Klum and Jason Segel. Now, other guests to come chat with him on the show are magician Dan White and Jason Schwartzman.
